'Mom, I'm on the phone!'
I had another outfit picked out for Tegan this day, but she wanted to wear this.
I loooove pigtails on my Tegan. And she loves her 'sparkle' shoes.
Happy to report Tegan is officially a 'big girl' that goes to the bathroom on the potty. No more diapers! Hurray! Well, till April, when baby brother is born.
